Their staff is very friendly and professional. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Actually there are no direction on the product. Would be a lot easier for consumer to follow instructions than to assume.
