It was the worst experience of my life, due to many reasons. First, I bought then brought two bundles of hair extensions to the salon. I was told it would be a long process to color the hair the 3 colors my daughter had wanted. Really? It took a week and a half. Then when my daughter and I went to have the extensions finally put in, the extensions were the wrong color, so they re-bleached and re-colored the hair again. And guess what? The colors still came out wrong. Next, they used beads to sew the extensions into her hair, which poke out of her head and hair. Last, they charged me $430 for actually putting the extensions in, which only took 1 and 1/2 hours to do. Really? Then they threatened to call the police when I expressed my dissatisfaction and did not want to pay that amount. I will never go to this salon again! By the way, the manager's name was Tyra. And get this, she refused to tell me her last name. Wow!

Three words: AMY, AMY, AMY!!! She is the most knowledgeable in all areas, styles, color, perms, weaves, blow-outs, Caucasian hair, black hair, Hispanic and Asian as well. In addition, she even has disabled clients -- one fully paralyzed. Nothing stops her from working her magic every time. She listens to your needs and together you come up with a sort of "Hair Plan". The care she takes for each person is unheard of. I have thick, straight hair and no time to style it. She cut it perfectly so that all my cowlicks, and waves work together in a beautiful sheet of shiny movement. I've been told many times since she first did my hair that it looks like a Pantene commercial.

I thought the prices were reasonable and I have recommended her to all of my friends and family. She even told me that she volunteers her time and expertise on low income families and unemployed individuals.

Thank you AMY. I will see you in 6 weeks.
