I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand.
