I started going to Inches when I moved into the Covington area nearly 20 years ago. I've been going ever since. Carol is genuinely a sweet and talented stylist. She fits me in when I have a last minute need. She took care of me (and I'm not just talking about my hair) when my husband died and again when I lost my sister. These days, she has her work cut out for her because I've lost a lot of my hair. You can't tell it when she finishes.

It was sincerely disappointing when I learned she was considering selling the shop and retiring. I'll certainly miss her and I'll miss the way I looked and felt when she styled my hair.
