What a day at Carol Martin's. Katy changed my appearance with great care. She is a supurb talent and I will return to see her again. Everyone was so helpful, understanding and pleasant, it made the entire process go quickly and better yet---with the desired results. From Emily at the front desk to other customers the afternoon moved quickly because of their many kindnesses. The prices were fair, the service was unbelievable, why would you go anywhere else?

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money.
