I needed a simple root touch up because of a wedding I had forgotten. She started to match the root color with something too red. I told her to do a brown. After washing and drying I said the roots look the same grey. She parted my hair and agreed. We missed the wedding part due to re coloring the front part. You would think she would have checked everywhere at that point but said the rest covered. The day after,my daughter said hate to tell you but your hair is grey in the back . Sure enough I checked today and it was as if I never went to the salon.Also I was working on growing out a cut and she suggested taking a little off the bottom. I stressed I hate a wedge, don't give me that. I HAVE a WEDGE! I hate it but will go back after 60 today and insist on at least getting the back grey colored. She is the parent of a child I worked with so I tipped 10 and hate the uncomfortable position I am in. She said she has worked there 9 or so years. Yikes, poor thing and many customers later.
