We specialize in supporting families, especially moms, heal their past so they can create more satisfying relationships with their kids and partners. We want moms, and everyone in the family, to experience the kind of difference that living Whole Heartedly can make.

Living Whole Heartedly necessitates healing the past.
Healing past stories, healing past traumas, healing past abuse.
When we heal the past, the cycle stops with you!
We are then able to pass that healing onto our children and our children's children!

Whole Hearted living enables us to foster healthy relationships with ourselves, our children, our spouses/partners, and our friends that are connected, engaging, and loving on every level.

We do this by addressing all levels of the body and how they are interacting and impacting other levels, for example, how the mental/emotional impacts the physical, and how the physical impacts the mental/emotional. We can't address one without the other!

Our system of healing as helped thousands of women live better and feel better!
Together we have healed long standing pain and grief like childhood sexual abuse, the death of close family members, physical abuse or neglect, birth trauma, family separation or abandonment, stress caused by adoption or foster care, and more.

Miranda is a very intuitive massage therapist. She could find the spots on my body that needed work without any direction from me. She was also extremely open to my direction and delivered on my requests. I had her massage me throughout my pregnancy and it did wonders for my changing and sore body. She is warm and friendly, and always put me at ease. I would highly recommend her, not only as a massage therapist, but also as a doula. She was a huge asset at the birth of our baby. The fact that she had worked on my body as a massage therapist made her even more able to assist me during labor, as she new my body so well and we had created a great bond.
