I have had an opportunity to have a variety of massage therapy sessions via Mend Massage such as Swedish, hot clay packs, hot stone, Reiki and Reflexology. Each time I leave the session completely relaxed and renewed. It is so rare to find a therapist such as Ms. King which truly listens to my needs. She has made a positive impact on my health. I will continue to tell everyone I know about this place. Ms. King always responds immediately when I call with a request for an appointment or a question.

I visited Peggy after stress at work left me with some neck and shoulder pain. I have a fairly chronic problem in my left shoulder and neck plus I have scoliosis (curvature of the spine) which complicates things a bit. Peggy skillfully worked on my back and shoulders focusing carefully on the areas where knots had developed and I felt like the tension was melting away. She explained things very well and her technique was exactly right – not too hard and not too soft – for what I needed. I was very encouraged with just one massage that I feel certain that continued visits over the next several months will go a long way toward restoring my chronic health problems. I would recommend Peggy to anyone who needs help with muscle tension and pain. She not only can help you in the short term, but can also show you how small adjustments in your lifestyle can help you avoid many of the causes for your pain and tension. Peggy truly cares and her enthusiasm for her work shows: The environment is warm, peaceful and relaxing. The care is excellent. Thanks,Peggy
