Horrible conditions. Bed pans not cleaned, bathroom looked just the same after cleaning people came in. Call lights going off for at least 30 minutes and nurses and aids at desk on their cell phones. Meds on bed side table left, told patient to take when she was ready. Dropped off from hospital late( 9:00pm), no one came to check on her no lights on in room, no call light given to patient. Put patient in diaper next morning and she isn't incontinent. Facility stinks, smells strong of urine, knocks you out when go down the hall. Had to put at least one star but really does not deserve any stars. Patient was removed after 3 days.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.
