My mother was recently admitted to the Memory Care unit at Putnam Ridge. I am still coping with this huge transition. On each visit, I am comforted by the bright, clean and positive environment. The staff are all very helpful and very kind. I guess the best recommendation is that, on my second visit, my mother, herself, said, "Margaret, I don't think they could do anything better here. Someone is always here to help if you need it. And, the food is wonderful." I love my mother and I'm resting easier knowing she is safe and well cared for.

This place is a disgusting hell hole. Please don't put anyone into this facility if they are a human being. Dirty, disgusting, smells and the people are despicable. Please close this facility.
