This facility is AWFUL. There was a CNA loudly complaining about each patient at the nurses station. Sorry you had to change two beds, and you had to change sheets because a patient spilled coffee. God forbid you have to do your job! She had a tattoo on the back of her neck and numerous piercings. There was also three CNAS sitting in a patients room just talking. Do your job and be professional! I was there because my significant other's grandmother was dying from pancreas failure among other things. She was given tylenol as a painkiller and would constantly complain about the pain she was in. I'm in nursing school, and have numerous family members who are nurses, and I'm positive that dying patients are usually given morphine so they can die comfortably. This place is awful, and I would NEVER send any family member here!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
