In 1960 I was an FSU social work student who spent my internship at Douglas Gardens. I'm now an 84 year old woman. I was just thinking back on those days. I saw Douglas Gardens as a superior place, with wonderful caring people.
In 1978, I went back to visit with my husband. I was again very impressed. I wish there was such a place in Phila. where I now live.
Of course, my review is not from the standpoint of a resident. And it is not recent. So I'm not sure that you can count it.

hello everyone, my father is been living in this hospital for 14 years now, and he just went on to the hospital for a week, and now you refuse to take back to your hospital, just becuse he has a breathing trach, i'm sorry but its unhumane to kick someone in that condition to the street, or to a another home, its hard to have a father in that condition for 14 years and on top off that to get this kind of threatment, its just add more tears, thank you form a very sad Zaig family. god bless
