The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility.

Not at all! There were barriers everywhere making it impossible for handicapped people to enter
