Our first viewing of the facility, the nurse who showed us around was very nice and polite. The administration lady named Lee was also very nice. Looking forward to a good experience for my dad’s rehabilitation.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.
