(This was years ago, but) Lake Taylor was really very nice (for a nursing home). For my job, with a team, I completed an "around the clock" survey at this and several other NF's. Of those I visited, Lake Taylor was definitely the best. As far as a NF can be, it was the most personalized and cleanest.
