This is worse place I have every been. I placed my father in their keep. He was back in the hospital in less than 15 days for kidney infection. He was well went he was placed there. The hospital (Medical Center of Plano) said that he had not received enought fluid or food, thus the infection. They kept him for the first 20 days of Medicare (100% paided & 80 % after that.) Their nursing staff are both rude and disrespectful to the residents and family. They act as if any question is a bother or they just will not try to help you. Very uncaring staff of nurses( all from Kenya, and needs to speak english better) The only person that was of any help was the new case worker. I am reporting them to The Ageny on Aging and Ombudsman for a neglect. I would be on the street before I came to this place for care.
