They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I left with no question unanswered. They were so thorough with their answers and really went above and beyond to ensure I had a great understanding of their nursing home. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. After dealing with other facilities, we have finally found one that exceeded our expectations. Donna in admissions is a top notch executive and is true to her word. Our only regret is we did not find this facility earlier and that we cannot give her or the facility more than 5 stars.

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They placed my mother in a broken bed. The place always smelled. The nursing staff was okay, but my mom was never seen by a doctor.
