There is absolutely no way that I'd ever recommend this place to anyone. Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I had to look around for a long time before I finally saw their credentials hanging on the wall. It seemed weird that they would make it so hard to find. The staff is constantly answering their phones when they're supposed to be helping patients. They really should wait until their break or something. Their building was easy enough to find. I did my CNA clinicals here. I saw multiple HIPPAA violations. There were patients on isolation precautions that weren't even posted on their doors. The nursing staff is rude. The only time that they bust their butts to follow state guidelines is if they know that they are coming from other nursing homes in the area.

The staff at the Manor are caring and considerate. They are respectful of my dignity and privacy. The therapy department got me back on my feet and home again! They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. The home is so clean and doesn't smell like a nursing home at all! As a matter of fact it really didn't feel like I was in a nursing home either!

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
