The most filthy nursing home I have ever seen Residents in the hallway with food and vomit on them.. Mold in the walls of the rooms could only stay 10 minutes to see my sister because of the stench.
she is in a room with 3 other women and has to share a bathroom with them all One women was lying in bed with vomit down her shirt One women was stuck in the bathroom in her wheel chair couldn't get out. I left in tears
