Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
