After 30 years of eye problems I was lucky enough to find Dr. Starr. He is the absolute best in every way and a fabulous surgeon. He has always answered every single question I had, and made it clear that he was always available if I had any more questions. I have already sent several patients here and they all thanked me because they liked Dr. Starr so much. I would recommend him to anyone in need of corneal or general eye care. His staff is friendly, welcoming and always helpful. I can not image a better doctor!
