Had a crown installed on 5/7/15. Changed dentists in 2016 because every appointment with Short was cancelled on day of appointment. Crown fell off in 12/16. Went to my new dentist and found the crown had holes in it. My insurance won't cover new crown on same tooth until 7 years after previous crown placed. So I had to pay full price of $1255 for replaced crown. Tried to contact Short about this and office phone is disconnected. So I'm stuck paying for his shoddy work and have no recourse.

He might be good with adults, but terrible with kids and condescending to their parents. Refused to see my child again because he cried in the chair and was afraid of the gas mask (he is 5-years-old). Even so, we would never go back and would never recommend this dentist to anyone, especially for children (unless the children are perfect and will sit perfectly still). Parents are not allowed in the back while they are treating the kids, so we are not able to witness what is going on. I felt completely helpless and was not able to comfort or defend my scared child. He completely made us feel like horrible parents because of my son's tooth issues. My husband and I are both college educated, but he spoke to us like we were idiots. We felt very judged, and my son left feeling like they did not like him. If I could give zero stars, I would.
