What a Nightmare. I was charged $670 for a pap smear. It then it took NINE MONTHS for me to chase them down for these results. Nine months and I had to get a 3rd party involved just to receive my results. Deeply unethical practices.

To make it worse, this was a follow-up pap because the one they took before was swabbed incorrectly and came back unreadable. According to them, they charged me a new patient visit (on my 2nd visit to correct the previous pap), plus about $200 for just taking my blood for 5 minutes. I thought I was paid for the lab work, so I paid the $670, thinking I was paying $275 for the pap and the $350 for the lab work since I clearly mentioned to them that I lived in Europe and can't be billed later, which I was clear about and insisted I paid for the labs before I left, 3 years ago. I called this week and was told nothing costs $670 in their office.

Three years later (this week) my perfect credit score goes down 150 points, and I find out the lab they use said they never got paid the $350 so they turned my bill over to a collection agency. Labs that I paid for, labs that they took 9 months to send me, for a repeat pap. Now they're asking me to pay the labs another $433 to have it live on my credit that a collection agency was paid.

I went here based on a recommendation. Both visits have been so far below any professional baseline or competency. I would strongly recommend finding another doctor. I find them deeply unethical, scattered, disorganized, and the 2nd pap fee should have been waived because they did the first one incorrectly.

She is the best. But extremely busy. I have been her patient for years and years but now she had dumped me and I got stuck with an impatient nurse who sent me to evey other doctor in town for a mammogram, a D&C at UCLA with a youngster and now I've had to have another D&C and I'm writing Dr Watson a letter.. I wish Dr Watson had her old office and would take care of me but she's angry with me about something.. She was the best but when I lost everything I lost her too.
