Dr. Smith is a problem solver and really knows his business. He has recently solved a problem I had with my contact lenses and I am able to wear them again. He did my mother's cataract surgery and it was very successful. I have gone to him and my family has gone to him for 20+ years. Not only do I find a parking spot right away, but I know my car is safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. I am completely at ease during my appointment here. They go to great lengths to make sure I am completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Dr. Smith and his staff care.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. All my questions were answered. The level of service I received was excellent. They met all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
