They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. They never answer the phones. You can call all day every day and they never answer the employees are very rude and disresectful to you at all times.

They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them.
They will not lift a finger to help you at all!!!!!!!!!! they never answer the phones. their fax is always off-line. there are 5-6 girls doing absolutely nothying all day long. they care nothing for anyones health.
