By the time I had met Dr Krauss I was 55 years and had experience navigating the Doctor/Patient world. My experiences had always been okay but lacking. My experience with Dr Krauss has been so different because I know I only have to talk and I feel I have an advocate who will take time to listen and value my insight into my health situation. He connects and communicates calm which leaves room for constructive health planning. Very Rare, especially as I age and will inevitably have more and more health issues to navigate. He constructs his medical practice to help his patients and not the insurance providers.

40 yrs. ago, Dr. K. treated my Mom-in-law in the hospital. Even though I was there every day, he called me every night with an update. I was so impressed, I have been with him ever since! I also figured with him being so young, he would outlast me and I would never have to go looking for another Dr. !!! We just celebrated our 40th year in a doctor/patient relationship. He never rushes me, is knowledgeable, and does not hesitate to send me to a specialist when that action is necessary! Thank you, Dr. Krauss.
