One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
