I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Dr. Long is very professional yet truly cares about his patients. He takes time to make sure that he understands all symptoms, etc. is very articulate and is one of best doctors I've ever known. My entire family sees him and I highly recommend him to anyone.
