Completely incompetent staff. Has sent me to three different locations for a test and have been turned away all three times since they don’t do that test. IM NOT SURE HOW TO EXPRESS HOW THIS staff is either stupid or just liars. I wouldn’t go back there for any reason and will be lodging complaints with Intermountain health care. Office manager Mary called me after second attempt of this test and said she would personally make sure everything was right. Lol yeah right turned away again.

This Rush person is a fraud. I went to him for a physical. Apparently he did a bunch of extra tests that are not ordinarily done during physicals did not disclose this to me and sent my a huge $600 for these extra tests. When I tried to call the office manager said I will discuss it with him and get back to you. That was (2) months ago and I have not heard anything. I sent a personal letter to the office about (1) month ago explaining the fact that I dispute financial responsibility for these extra tests. I did not get a phone call or return letter or any type of follow up. This guy is the biggest joke I have ever dealt with in any field. I keep getting threatening letters that if I do not pay $600 that my credit score will be impacted. Its a total disgrace that this person is allowed to practice medicine.
