Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from.

I've never met a more attentive, caring doctor. They took the time to address all my concerns, and listen to my opinion for everything. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They've always been great about returning my phone calls quickly. They usually return my call within a couple days.
