I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. After I told them that I didn't want my child to get certain vaccinations, they were very kind and considerate, and respected my decision. I really appreciated having a pediatrician that let me make what I felt were the right decisions for my child. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back.

Dr. Colon is great +10 points but the staff is not so friendly and have very poor attitudes. Very disappointing!
