My children have been going to Dr. Noor Daya for about 10 years or so now. Overall I am satisfied with her service as a pediatrician, but her current staff is very rude. I am very upset. I called to ask a question regarding my sick child and they kept me on hold first time over 7 minutes (they said they would pull my file but taking too long) so I hung up and called back and they put me on hold again over 6 minutes (they said they would pull my file again) hung up again and called back a third time and they wanted to put me on hold again. I explained I had already called twice and they said they would call me back even after explaining that I had already called twice and they had said they were pulling my file first time I called. No one called me back as promise. I am not sure if doctor Noor is aware of how her current staff's manners are with her patients, in particularly the front office who is answering the phone lines. This is not the first time I have been put on hold for long periods of time and I had to hang up and call back. What makes me upset is that I have a sick child at home and I had been in their office the day before and I explained this to them and my question was simple. Also, if they say they will call me back today after I specifically asked them and they said 'YES' and then they do not that is very disrespectful and shows me that my child's health is not IMPORTANT. I WILL BE looking for another pediatrician due to this incident after taking my children to see her for over 10 years now. I gave it 2 star due to this incident. Like I said this is not first time this has happen where they keep me on hold for long periods of time.
