I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I couldn't believe how well-decorated and child-friendly their examining rooms were. It was obvious that they really cared about making children as comfortable as possible.

They are one of the most respected pediatricians in my community. Every parent I know thinks very highly of them. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I appreciate that they've never over-treated my child. I've had some doctors that want to run really expensive tests or make you get an X-Ray for a very common illness, but they don't do that here.
