They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Thank you to the staff for making me feel comfortable enough to want to continue to visit this site and pursuing my visits to find a better mental status for myself while dealing with a chronic, severe life altering disease.

This doctors nurse and I assume possibly only office staff member since they never answer the phone they only call back, is extremely rude and not interested in trying to achieve this doctor patients or maintain a decent reputation. She started the conversation intending to turn away the patient, she knew nothing of this patient and assumed they were on Medicare, and that the patients schedule would not work with them, I continuously corrected her on her assumptions and she would just produce another. Then when discussing the type of treatment this patient needed, she was completely ignorant and gave out inaccurate information. After informing her I knew this treatment and medication and the way it was supposed to be used and I would like to speak to the doctor, she said the doctor doesn't speak to anyone except established patients basically telling me that I could not speak to anyone but her. I am sure that he would be interested to know his office staff is giving misinformation and being rude, stand offish, and extremely argumentative. According to other reviews they don't have a good professional reputation, and I should have researched them before attempting to seek treatment from this office. I have dealt with a lot of doctors offices but this one is by far the worst and to make that much of an impression just by a phone conversation I am sure she did us a favor by acting as she did because we DEFINITELY will not be seeking treatment from there.

I was left alone for awhile, but it wasn't too long

They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation
