They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. This man is a wolf in sheepish clothing who is obviously jaded in his profession and shows significant negligence in his reports.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. Johnstone just want money and doesn't care about patients. It is good that he is old and is going to be gone from the medical practice soon so no more patients get messed up by him. I don't know how he got his MD probably cheated his way through schools.

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

They were explained, but not thoroughly

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

No, I was afraid they were going to forget something important
