There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They made sure to investigate my medical history before they recommended a treatment option. I was confident that I was receiving the right treatment for me. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I didn't have to spend a lot of time in the waiting room at all. I only spent a couple of minutes in there.

I definitely didn't make progress during my sessions. I'm worse than I was before I started going. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. This doctor was very unprofessional and was very rude. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. It doesn't matter how many times I come here. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. Dont waist your time

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

No, I never saw one

Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help
