Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. They are one of the most polite, respectful people I've ever met. Their entire office was immaculate. It was obvious that they took very good care of it. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They try to work with me to get an appointment time that works for me sometimes, but most of the time it's really difficult to get an appointment that doesn't conflict with my schedule. Dr Mendoza was kind and seemed to listen to us and not force meds, which I liked a lot. He was a little difficult to understand because of his accent but it wouldn't deter me from going again.
