The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. i was not even able to see the doctor and re-schedule without a second thoungh like the patience's time is not important to them. As a professional i strongly believe that some careers require to put the interest of the client on prespective before an easy re-scheduling policy. i arrive 40 min before and i waited for 3 hrs before i was told that for insurance problems they needed to re-schedule.
