They called me with my test results fairly quickly. I was happy with their promptness. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.Even more important, Dr. Farina conveys sincere concern for the patient's wellbeing, emotinally as well as physically. Highly recommend that he be included on the Well Med list for Secure Horizon patients.
