Doctor Richard Crouse is one of the best doctor I have ever known. When I had my first child, over 20 years ago, I needed an OB GYN.
Dr. Crouse came with high recommendations. He lived up to it. I moved out of town, but I travel 3 hours to do my yearly exam with him. I never thought about seeing any other OB or Gynecologist after meeting him. He is professional, caring, and genuine.

They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered.
