My first visit was with the NP, Bobbie Sue Holder, who really listened to me and gave me a thorough explanation of what was going to happen. My next visit was with Dr. Smith. He barely spoke to me and didn't explain anything. I was having a uterine biopsy and I was not offered any kind of local anesthetic. It was very painful and caused me to miss a day and a half of work. I am now looking for a new doctor.

They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. They were somewhat overbooked but the staff never shows stress and I think it is because they take their time. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Just an amazing group.
