They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Dr Levy has a poor bedside manner when it comes to female patients. His first opinion if he can not find an explanation is to assume that there is a psychriatic problem. He was bordering on belligerent. I would never send anyone I know and love to him for help. His atttude ended up delaying a dx of SLE and because he "assumed" everything was in my head I ended up having a grand mal seizure while driving that nearly killed me, Thanks but no thanks. Ask yourself a question would you want you wife or daughter treated by someone like this.
