Dr. Cole at first didn’t want to see my daughter because of her age he only saw adults. He went ahead and took her as his patient and did wonders. My insurance changed due to changing jobs and my daughter didn’t get to see him again. She was able to see him again of course great dr. She was 19 yrs old and expecting and didn’t want to see her anymore now that she had given birth I called to schedule an appt but because she is 19 and hadn’t seen him in over a year she won’t be seen. I called his main office on Broadway Tina the clinic manager said she would call me back a week later I had to call back. This happened before also. She said Dr Cole doesn’t see adults only children regardless if she was seen before. Very unprofessional staff when I asked Tina why no one could call me back her response was oh Dr Cole just responded of course this is the same response I got prior also and another time no call back.

DR COLE IS A GREAT DR HE HAS TAKEN CARE OF MY DAUGHTER SINCE SHE WAS JUST 10 YEARS OLD AND NOW SHE IS 21. HES A VERY BUSY DR.. WHEN MY DAUGHTER NEEDED HIM THE MOST HE WAS THERE TO HELP HER THE BEST HE KNEW WITH HER HEALTH.
