They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in.
