They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They are extremely reliable.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.
