Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for me. I noticed that Dr. Tsen was involved in a lawsuit where a patient died in his care.schedule.
