Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They strive to maintain a professional appearance. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. The doctor was very rude over the phone to an elderly person, the doctor needs to learn some compassion when treating patients!
