They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. One thing that I appreciated about this office was their waiting room. The chairs were nice-very comfortable. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I was happy with the staff; they were quite friendly and made me feel welcome.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.
