Dr. Plummer answered most of my questions but I could have used much more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. In fact, they refused to submit my claims to my secondary insurance company. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Dr. Plummer ordered bloodwork and chest xrays without explaining to me why or what her concerns were. She demonstrated little knowledge about withdrawl side effects I was having from stopping depression medication. She doesn't appear to process the information I was providing to her, she just kept pushing her ideas about meditation and shock therepy and I was sick as a dog from withdrawl from meds. Horrible experience. My new doctor found out I have a serious, life threatening illness. So glad I found the strength to get a second opinion.
