The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. Just as a side note, it is conveniently located to my home, only reason I go. They had a TV and reading material, but nothing great. Whenever I have a question or want my test results even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. Doctor is condescending and dismisses patients concerns. Always feel unconfident with diagnosis when I leave this office.
